This listing is for an OEM 2012-2015 Honda Civic Projector Headlight right hand side as shown on the pictures.

Ballast Part Number: W3T21571

This light has never been installed on a vehicle, but the lens has some small cosmetic flaws and there are some blemishes and small broken pieces on the housing from storage and handling. Does not include retail packaging.
