It Is Signed By Comstock ? (NOT 100% SURE I cannot make out the brand because the words are too small for my eyes as shown on last photo.)

Size: approximate 3-1/4” tall x 3-3/4” wide with 1-3/8” round hologram.   

Condition: Pre-owned, loose figure without box or accessories and it had been used for display only. There are no chips, no cracks, no damages with very minor scuffs and paints wears.
