This is a cute little cotton vintage sleeveless dress. It is made by Miss Peg Palmer and is in really good condition. There are a few age/discolored spots at the very bottom, and there is slight fading under the arm. Perfect for wearing in the spring or summer and so cute. There is no size but appears to be an XS or a larger Junior size.
