This is a new old stock pack of vintage Christmas decor/trim. It is made by Yuletide Trims and made in the USA. It is a red fluffy type of material with strands of red metallic tinsel material inside. The package has not been opened but there is a small piece of the red tinsel sticking out the bottom. Perfect for decorating or adding to a collection!
