Plot Summary:
Season 3 of Daredevil picks up after the events of The Defenders, with Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) presumed dead following the Midland Circle collapse. Physically and emotionally broken, he retreats to Clinton Church, cared for by Sister Maggie (Joanne Whalley), who is later revealed to be his mother. Meanwhile, Wilson Fisk/Kingpin (Vincent D'Onofrio) strikes a deal with the FBI, trading intelligence for early release. Once free, Fisk orchestrates a ruthless takeover of New York’s underworld while manipulating the FBI, including agent Benjamin "Dex" Poindexter (Wilson Bethel), a unstable sharpshooter molded into the villain Bullseye.
