Returns & Refunds
- We make every effort to bring you quality items in new, gently used or vintage condition. If there are any flaws they will be disclosed. Please ask any questions BEFORE bidding as there are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES or REFUNDS.
- Items may not be returned because they don't fit, don't fit right, are not the right color (i.e. don't match something the way you thought it would), was found somewhere else cheaper, wore it and now you are finished with it, etc.
- We will ONLY accept returns if we added or omitted something that changes the item's usage & appearance ( i.e. we listed the shoes as a size 11 and they are an 8 - we listed the color as green and it is actually yellow (not shade variations i.e. light green vs lime green).
- If you have purchased an item and had it in your possession for more than 7 days, we will not accept returns or provide refunds.
