Antique Dolphin Planter or Vase - Green  Ceramic Glaze with the Fish and Shell on top.  It stands about 8 1/2" tall and the base is 5" diameter. The bowl on top is about 5" diameter. Small chip on rim - See pictures for best assessment of condition.  Please ask questions!
