This listing is for a Polar Bear named "Popsicle", released by Wallace Berrie in the 1980s as part of the "Cuddle Ups" Collection.  It has a weighted bean bag bottom and sits at approximately 7" tall.  Note that it is in great vintage condition, still with its original tag.
