Be sure to add me to your favorites list Yamaha 1990's Era Keyboard Synthesizer Replacement Slider Cap for Volume and / or Data, for Use with EX and SY Models, Possibly Others. This is a slider cap from a late 90's
Yamaha keyboard, an EX7 Synthesizer Workstation, and it will fit the EX models and several of the SY models as well. There may be other earlier Yamaha models from the 80's and 90's that took the same cap, such as the V50, etc. It's in very good condition,
black with a white line through the middle, textured for your fingertips and
curved inward (there are some sliders on some Yamaha models that curve outward).
It's for the volume control on the EX7 / EX5 models, but the same part is used as real-time control /
parameter control sliders on some other Yamaha keyboards. Unfortunately, these are pretty easily lost, so this might just
work for you if you have some slider stems with no caps on them. The length of this slider is 2 cm, the width is 1.5 cm, and the rectangular tab on
the bottom of it where the stem on your keyboard fits into is 8 mm long. As noted, it's a perfect fit for the EX 7 or EX 5, but there are several other Yamaha models that can accept it, but check yours
first, or ask and I might be able to help as well.
