- CAUTION - Under no circumstances should the pump be switched on before being filled with water, as this could potentially cause harm to the mechanical seals and impeller. It is imperative to verify the water level within the pump before initiating operation. Initially, ensure the presence of the pump's drain plug; If inserted, water must be added accordingly. Any surplus water will naturally permeate into the pipes, facilitating the generation of suction.

• We guarantee against any defective or misrepresented products. The original shipping label must be sent back to us to validate the return. A full refund can only be issued during the first 30 days upon receipt of the product.
