Comes with everything pictured. The mop was plugged in and tested. Took a few minutes to warm up but it turned on within a few minutes. It has 3 pads. 2 are used but 1 is new. It has includes a pad to place the machine on otherwise it’ll drip water when turned off. Made in Italy.
