Glow in the Dark Pumpkin Tattoos - 2 Sheets, 8 each, 16 total pumpkin Tattoos 

Transfer application

pumpkin should be clean and dry 

Remove clear top sheet from transfer

Press tattoo firmly onto clean dry pumpkin design facing down  

Hold wet cloth against back of transfer press down and make sure to wet backing thoroughly

Wait 30 second slowly peal off paper backing    

Have them Decorate the pumpkin before they Carve!
