DESCRIPTION:
This is a nice vintage art statue sculpture. This sculpture presents a nude man in a metal sphere mounted on a stone or marble base (see photos). The sculpture of the man and sphere are made of Copper metal (see photos). The item has a label on the underside of the base for: 1983 STUDIO INTERNATIONALE (see photos). The item has a Modernist style and design (see photos). The item looks to have been inspired by: The Vitruvian Man - by Leonardo da Vinci. This item measures in total about 17.75 inches high including the base, and it is about 15 inches wide. The item is from an estate liquidation. The base has some scuffs, some scratches, and chips (see photos). The sphere and the male figure have some tarnish and green verdigris to the copper, the sphere has some bends (it is soft copper metal so you can carefully bend them back), and some wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). This is a nice vintage Modernist art sculpture to add to your collection. I am going to separate the base from the sculpture for safer shipping (to be put back together by you upon delivery).
