This is a chic vintage Little Black Dress by Jessica McClintock.
Marked a size 4, but I believe it dates to the 90s, and vintage sizes can run small.

Black satin.
100% polyester.
Made in the USA.
Such a cute little cocktail dress! It has a bit of a 1950s vibe.
Wide shoulder straps.
Square neckline.
Fitted pleated bodice.
Wide attached "sash" under bust, accented with bow and rhinestone buckle.
Pleats release at hips into a full, flirty skirt.
Side seam pockets.
Back invisible zip.
Attached petticoat with tulle double ruffle around bottom to add fullness (and it peeks out from the hem.) The there seems to be some buckram enclosed in the hem, which also gives the skirt additional volume.
Fully lined with black polyester.
In excellent very gently pre-owned condition, with no obvious signs of a previous life. Immaculately clean and ready to wear.
