Shirt overall is in Good to Very Good Condition!  Graphics are still sharp on the front chest with the Mt Washington Observatory Lettering on arm only showing cracking when stretched.  Light pilling on the crew neck area and there are a couple of faint spots on the lower left front of shirt (didn't wash, should come out) that appear to be from possible storage.
