The Front of the Metal shows Three Minute Men Colonial Soldiers and on the Reverse is an Bald Eagle Holding the Declaration of Independence:

This was made in 1974
Measuring Approx. 2" across.
The Front and Reverse of the Medal shows very litte wear with some surface blemishes. Please refer to the pics.
