This Lenovo ThinkPad E550 laptop was pulled in working condition from an office environment and it has been thoroughly tested. Starting at the time of purchase, it will be covered by a warranty against hardware failures for 1 year. The battery has been tested and is guaranteed to last for at least 4.5 hours of continuous use at the time this laptop was tested. Batteries degrade over time and they are not covered under the warranty. The BIOS battery has been replaced and fresh thermal paste has been applied to the CPU.

This laptop is in Good condition. There is one dead pixel near the center of the display, and a few small marks and scratches. There are also minor markings on the palmrest, and small marks or scratches on the lid of the laptop. All of these defects can be seen in the listing photos.
