This HP Elitebook 840 G4 laptop was pulled in working condition from an office environment and it has been thoroughly tested. Starting at the time of purchase, it will be covered by a warranty against hardware failures for 1 year. The battery has been tested and is guaranteed to last for at least 4 hours of continuous use at the time this laptop was tested. Batteries degrade over time and they are not covered under the warranty. The BIOS battery has been replaced and fresh thermal paste has been applied to the CPU.

This laptop is in Fair condition. The keyboard bezel (plastic between keys) is cracked in multiple places. There is a small clump of dead pixels in the upper right corner of the LCD, and the plastic near the SmartCard slot has a small crack in it as well. All of these defects can be seen in the listing photos. There is also some scratches on the lid (top cover) of the laptop.
