Item has been tested for power, zoom, menu, tape loading/unloading and playback. All the features mentioned work. We have not tested every feature of the camera but we are confident that they will work. If any problems happen to arise, we accept free hassle free returns for a full refund. This sale is for the camcorder only. No battery/chargers/cases or any other accessories included! Units will have some scuffing/writing/stickers on the unit but nothing egregious.
