Beats enlisted DJ/producer extraordinaire David Guetta to help develop a sturdy, comfortable headphone built for frequent trips to the club or studio. The Mixr is lightweight and durable, with a highly flexible headband and fold-up design perfect for easy storage and portability. The earcups are extendable and move in just about any direction you can push them — important for a good fit to seal in that signature Beats sound. Easily swivel one earcup away from your ear while the other earcup remains securely in place.

Two jacks for versatility

The Mixr offers miniplug jacks on both the right and left earcup, so you can plug in the detachable cord on whichever side works for your setup. Or use both inputs to daisy chain a second pair of headphones so someone else can listen in.

Genuine Beats Mixr headphones are designed expressly for DJs. They are built to be heard in a noisy environment, yet comfortable enough for long listening sessions. Made of durable materials, the Beats Mixr headphones can withstand the rigors of a DJ gig or a live performance.

Rotating Earcups: You can use the Beats Mixr headphones for dual- or single-ear operation. The earcup arms can rotate 270° (180° backwards or 90° forward) to allow you to swivel one earcup behind your ear or use both earcups for total isolation.

Dual Inputs: The Beats Mixrs have 3.5mm input jacks on both earcups so you can plug into either the left or right side. You can plug in another pair of headphones into the unused jack to share what you're listening to in a daisy-chain connection.

Dual Cables: The headphones include a cable with an in-line remote and microphone for use with a smartphone or portable digital media device. A 3.5mm-to-1/4" plug adapter is included. The remote controls are compatible with iPod, iPhone, and iPad for volume up/down, play/pause, next/previous track, fast forward/fast reverse, answer/hang up calls, and voice command. Limited functionality exists with HTC, Blackberry, and Android devices for play/pause, answer/hang up calls, and voice command.
