Item is pre-owned and in pretty good condition. There are no holes, tears or stains, but there is quite a bit of wash wear. I gave it a quick de-pilling, but there are still remnants. But with cotton, they are not those big fuzzy pills. There is plenty of life left in this & is a great transitional piece for Spring. The size tag has been cut out so please check measurements!! I did measure this to a chart & measures around a 6. Smoke free environment.
