NOTE!  There are over 20 different harnesses available based on vehicle options.  If you want exact, the sticker # has to match (see listing).  Otherwise, this fuse box may have wires you don't have or you may need to add wiring from yours to this - if you are willing to work with it, it fits all models. 

Fits is made as is now for 2005-2006 Super Duty 6.0 diesel - sticker # 6C3T-12A581-LC (See photo how to read sticker).

If you ware willing to work with it, however - it fits 2005-2007 models.
