The Tuggles plush is in nice condition.

It has the harness around it but does NOT have the  leash. A string could be used as it has the attatchment for the leash

The plush has padded rubber on the paws so when it's pulled it will look like it's bouncing along to keep up.
It has a name tag under it's chin where you can write a name.
Like all our items, the Tuggles plush comes from a smoke/pet FREE clean household.
