Japanese Woven Bamboo Basket Handles Varnished 1950s

Measurements are 17 inches height, 10 inches wide and handle drop is 6 inches.  The handle does not move or collapse.

Varnished basket has some broken pieces as seen in photos; there are just small thin straps.  Basket has been owned since the 1950s and was a gift from relatives in the New England area.
