Fair condition. Three pages near the front of the book have markings (one is a notes page that someone wrote a large phrase, the second is a phrase written next to a prompt, and the third is the same phrase written along the left edge of the page (see pictures- you can see all three). The back cover and some pages near the back of the book have a small area of very light water stain and light wrinkles (see pictures for some examples - they do not obscure any text). Approximately 40 pages have small creases in the corners. The covers have some light wear and light creasing. Still quite usable (almost all of the pages are unmarked).
