Here we have a Vintage W Guy Payne Florist 107 S. Centre St. Pottsville Pennsylvania Ink Blotter. Luck is a fancy name for being always on the job. The blotter is approx. 3 1/2" tall x approx 6" wide. It is in good condition. It does have some wear and imperfections. It does have creasing. See photos for more info.
