Synopsis:
Tang Ying, a naive girl with a failed acting career, moves to Nanzhan Bu Island (South Island) to become a surrogate shopper. The island, popular for its tax- and visa-free policies, attracts criminal gangs involved in a secret war with the police. Tang Ying is accidentally caught in the conflict, meeting two men on opposite sides: Jian Zi, a juvenile killer, and handsome police commissioner Li Yong Ji. Amidst danger, gangs, and black market dealings, can she survive?
