Vintage, probably Y2K but not sure, this Black Jessica McClintock is open front classic style shrug bolero cropped jacket that makes a timeless fashion statement. The sleeves are about to or below the elbow, about 3/4 length, and the length is just below the bra area and above the waist. The front is curved. 

The fabric is slightly textured and feels like a nice light to medium weight silk, but is made of Polyester, Nylon and Spandex. Perfect over strapless or sleeveless summer dresses or gowns, this can be worn year round, is light weight, and versatile. Great addition to any wardrobe. Meant to cover shoulders and upper arms and be worn open in front, so has no buttons or closure.

Condition is previously owned vintage, lightly and gently worn with no issues noted.

This is meant to be worn open in front, measured across back from side seam to side seam under arms, is about 17 inches across.

Length from top center back neckline to hem in back is about 13 inches long.
