Instructions:

1. First, unplug the treadmill from a power source for your safety.

2. Remove the flat cap and the seal on the bottle, then attach the cap with the firm extended application tube onto the bottle.

3. Lift the treadmill belt on one side and insert the applicator tube underneath the belt as far as possible to about halfway underneath the width of the belt.

4. Squeeze the bottle under controlled pressure while slowly pulling the applicator tube out from under the belt to leave a consistent stream of lubricant between the center of the belt to the outer edge of the belt. Only use about 0.5 oz of the lubricant or 1/8 of the bottle on one belt side.

5. Repeat the process on the opposite side of the belt to lubricate the entire width of the belt.

6. Reapply lubricant following manufacturer's instructions (generally after every 30 to 50 hours of use).

7. Lubricant can also be applied using the included twist spout dispensing cap.

We recommend cleaning out any debris between the undersurface of the treadmill belt and the deck before applying lubricant.
