A circa 19th century Chinese Republic period antique Chinese figurine sculpture modeled as a magnificent peacock bird of paradise decorated with a colorful palette in wire enamel with extremely detailed gilt silver filigree work and turquoise. The bird is perched upon a hand carved polished cherrywood base.
