Unopened/new vinyl, factory sealed, and in excellent condition. Sticker on shrink on front near top right. A few spots where shrink has come off: bottom center which has a small split, opening center with light scuffing and near top left with small divot. Staple from front to back near top left on front/top right on back. Minor wear to corners. Release date is approximately 1967. Label design can't be confirmed because it's sealed. (Not a cut-out.)
