Try our simple recipe for stuffed peppers:
Ingredients:

• 1 packet of FIXUP Spice Mix for Stuffed Peppers
• 1/2 lb ground meat
• 2 coffee cups of rice (around 5.3 oz)
• 8 medium bell peppers

Preparation:

1. Brown the ground meat with the rinsed rice, stirring occasionally.
2. Mix the contents of the FIXUP packet with 1.3 cups of cold water and add it to the meat mixture. Stir well and let the liquid absorb.
3. Stuff the peppers with the prepared mixture and place them in a baking dish. Add 1 cup of warm water.
4. Bake for 30 minutes at medium heat (around 350°F).
