After a trip to Tibet, a London botanist becomes a werewolf.
Little monster fans who grew up in the Seventies and Eighties had the chance to find a treasure trove in their public libraries. Crestwood House released books for children on a variety of subjects. They released the Monster Series between 1977 and 1987. Wondrous monster books could be found in libraries everywhere and, if you were lucky, there was a whole set.
The main Monster Series were orange with full cover, black and white images on the front. Each volume focused on a classic monster and most listed similar fiends as they went. There were hardcover and paperback versions.
Later, Crestwood House released the Movie Monsters series in a smaller format with purple covers. These books focused on a particular classic movie and served as novelizations for young readers.
The book is complete and in FAIR condition with some overall heavy wear that includes the usual markings on an EX-LIBRARY copy. (see pictures)
