Pilates/Yoga For Any BODY is divided into six segments. First, you'll be introduced to the instructor, Theresa Borgren, and you'll learn a little about her history and practice. Next, Theresa will demonstrate proper posture alignments and suggest some household items you can use to achieve them. After an energizing warm-up, Theresa will take you through exercises to increase strength and improve endurance. After the entire body has been worked properly, Theresa will take you through body-lengthening stretches to improve flexibility and posture. A refreshing cool-down wraps up the workout, leaving you refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to take on the world!
