This is a comic of Detective Comics No. 459 published by DC Comics in May, 1976.  The grade is probably at least a Good+ but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The pages are complete and intact.  The bottom staple is detached from the centerfold and there is writing on the front cover (see scans).  The comic book has been stored bagged and boarded in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
