READ This picture frame has been used and it does have some cosmetic flaws. This is a beautiful frame however there are blemishes scuff and normal wear scratch marks on the picture frame and a color spot mark. I show these in the photos. You really cannot see the blemishes unless you are up close and personal. Overall, this picture frame is in good condition and functions as intended.
