This is a rare vintage Libbey nob hill rocks glass with yellow caricature graphics on both sides of the glass which feature President Jimmy Carter. He is grinning and holding a peanut. Above him reads, "NUTS TO YOU".  It is artist signed R. Nitta or R. Nitka, with copyright "Sunrise 1977". Glass measures approximately 4 inches high and is in excellent condition!
