Unbranded SF 1-3/4 Rebored Taper-Lock QD Bushing Fits 1-3/4" Shaft 3/8" keyway. 

Originally marked 1-1/2 but has been rebored to 1-3/4" has light surface rust. 

 

 

This is surplus to a now closed factory that kept spare parts on the shelf the boxes may show shelf wear and have some dust on them.
