Sweet vintage black polished knitted cotton pencil skirt, with left side zip and button closure, with a quarter lining. It has the original tags noting it is "Permathal Everglaze, wash and wear".

This is a perfect "go-with-everything skirt. I at first thought it was fine wool, if that helps you understand the texture.
This came out of a fab estate collection of vintage designer, mostly 1950s to 1970s.
