• Brewing Process: Hot Tea: Boil water in a kettle. While waiting for the water to boil, add 1 Tbsp of loose leaf tea for the pot and 1 Tbsp for each Cup (150 ml) into your tea infuser. Place the tea infuser in the teapot. Brew for the recommended duration of 2 to 3 minutes or brew till desired strength is achieved. Iced Tea: Prepare hot tea at double the strength and pour into a glass to refrigerate. Serve with ice cubes.
