Cap is marked 50mm. That is the inner diameter. So it should fit lens with either 47-48mm rim.
I would rate it at 8 out of 10. Item has been used with little signs of cosmetic use - it has some light scratching from normal use. But over all condition is better then average. Cap it is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents (see pics). This lens cap is fully operational and functions as intended.
