Do I need to turn on Bluetooth to use the Chipolo app?
Yes, Chipolo finders use Bluetooth to connect to the Chipolo app on your phone and to keep the finders connected to your phone, Bluetooth needs to be turned on all the time. If Bluetooth is turned off, you are not able to make your Chipolo ring.
What battery does the Chipolo ONE use?
The key finder uses a coin-shaped battery model CR 2032 that you can find in most shops selling regular AA batteries. When the battery runs out, you can replace it yourself in a few simple steps.
Can I also add Chipolo ONE to the Apple Find My app?
No. The Chipolo ONE works exclusively with the Chipolo app.
