SNEAKER detergent
The Heitmann sneaker detergent cleans your colourfast and washable sneakers, sports and outdoor shoes made of textile and functional materials (not suitable for (faux leather). It also removes unpleasant odors. The membrane properties are retained. Very easy to use Directions for use:
1. Place the product in the main compartment of the washing machine during a single cycle.
2. Place 1-3 pairs of shoes with the same colour in the washing drum.
3. Choose a fine wash program (max. 30 °C) with lowest spin.
4. Number of applications: on average 4 applications per product.
Note: Before washing, remove the coarse dirt from the shoes. Remove the laces from the shoes. Put shoes and laces loose in a bag (e.g. old pillowcase) and wash. To avoid "rumming" in the washing machine, you can put an old sheet or towels in the laundry drum with your sneakers that you need washed.

Items ship out of our retail location in Las Vegas
If your address on file with is incorrect and it gets returned to us we will not refund shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We use Global Selling Program to ship our items abroad. Please know certain categories i.e Chips or deodorants are not eligible for international shipping therefore we might not be able to ship to your country. Please know this is strictly's policy and we cannot amend it in any way. :-)
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT INVETNORY:
Please note that we do sell on other platforms including our website so sometimes certain items sell in both places at the same time and one has to be either cancelled or rescheduled ( usually shipped from Europe- if available) so please understand when we need to cancel an order because the other customer was first in ordering it and we did not get a chance to edit our inventory accordingly in time.
RETURNS:
We accept returns for unused/unopened items within 14 days of receipt ( customer responsible for return shipping cost)
If the item arrives damaged upon return we will not run a refund.
We will not accept returns on any BEST BY DATE merchandise when the date is mentioned in the listing
Baby food /baby items are not eligible for return when opened.
If something is wrong with your purchase upon receiving it please let us know so we can fix the issue, we are all human and we do make mistakes, we are not by any means perfect :-)
