Scratches, scuffs, stains, water spots, warping, missing lid pieces and tears on box.

Sail parts are torn and incomplete with some writing in spots.

Some plastics parts/pieces that I think may and some that may not go to the Yacht, but not certain.

Incomplete.  Missing pieces and accessories.
