AN UNUSUAL VICTORIAN ca1880 DECORATED CONSOLE BOWL 

This unusual piece is in very good condition, 7" in diameter and 2.5" in height and sitting on a foot. Decorated with chrysanthemum decoration and this piece dates to ca1880. A very rare piece with a ground pontil.
