Marked B.W.M. & Co. England, we believe this is Brown, Westhead, Moore & Co., who worked in Staffordshire between 1862 and 1904, including making game plates for companies like Tiffany and Ovington

- Signed by J. Birbeck
- We believe the artist is Jame Birbeck, who produced items for manufactures like Cauldon and George Jones that retailed at shops like Tiffany's and Gilman Collamore, there was also another artist named Joseph Birbeck who specialized in painting fruit on English porcelain during the same late Victorian early Edwardian period
