Noritake Fine China Lace Shadow pattern One Salad Plate 3988 Blue Flowers

Here is an elegant looking Salad Plate from Noritake 

Made in Sri Lanka. 

White with a blue band and white flowers at the edge.  Inside this toward the center is a trim about 1 inch wide of blue flowers.

Great condition with no chips, cracks or scratching

Measures about 8 1/4 inches in diameter
