Sweet vintage 1960's Wilton ornate brunette bride and groom #733 cake topper! Made in Hong Long, topper is lightweight and bursting with charming details! Wilton made its very first wedding cake topper in 1964 and this is an example of one of the first ones that were made! Topper features a bride and groom atop the scalloped base with an altar, ornate open door gates and love birds on top. Her skirt and veil are the original netting and without staining or tears. The fun flowers around the piece are made of fabric attached to wire. So neat to use on a wedding cake, bridal shower decor or display!

Topper is in great vintage condition! No chips or cracks! The usual pre-loved light surface wear here or there, yellowing on birds and spots from age or glue residue and one side of gate looks to have been repaired as it doesn't move like the other side from years of adding flair to Betty's bedroom closet, but nothing that distracts!
