Rectal suppositories Eva/qu, with their effervescent, stimulating action, break down the compaction of faecal mass and promote defecation. With repeated use, Eva/qu stimulates the rehabilitation of the "lazy" mechanism. Eva/qu suppositories work only locally and do not contain substances that soften the bowel movements, which could cause any unwanted side effects when absorbed, so Eva/qu suppositories can also be used during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, during the recovery period, for the elderly, people with mobility impairments and bedridden patients . The use of suppositories Eva/qu is recommended for bowel emptying before surgical, gastroenterological, urological operations and procto-rectoscopy.
The Composition
Sodium bicarbonate and potassium bitartrate suspended in water-soluble polyethylene glycol.
Use
Use - for adults and children from 12 years old. Moisten the suppository with water and insert it into the rectal opening, pressing until it is completely inserted. The suppository begins to melt immediately, causing the urge to defecate. The important thing is to let the action run its course! Although the feeling of defecation occurs immediately, it is recommended to move and endure up to 10-15 minutes after the suppository has been administered.
