Up for sale is a new Shift Knob as shown.  Shop ordered guessing at color and stuck dealer with their error. They make 3 different colors in this year range 2008-2010. The colors differ from 2005-2007 but they fit. 

Fits: 2008-2010 Avalon - leather.   

This color is called "grey" - not black, and not the darker grey called "graphite".  2005-2007 are a different color slightly but this fits it.
